The Tampa Bay Buccaneers got an important week 4 win against the Los Angeles Chargers. The Buccaneers fell behind in the beginning but Tom Brady led them to an amazing comeback with 5 touchdowns while also throwing for 369 yards.

The game started off very well for Justin Herbert, who was looking for his first win, and the Chargers. Both teams had a solid first drive in which they both scored a touchdown. Then the amazing Chargers defense made a play. Brady was putting together a solid drive but threw a bad interception at the Chargers 32-yard line. Michael Davis intercepted the ball and took it all the way to the Buccaneers end zone. This play caused a big momentum swing in favor of the Chargers.

The Buccaneers weren’t able to score on their next four drives where they missed a 44 yard attempt by Succop. The Chargers on the other hand scored another touchdown and a field goal to extend their lead to 17 points. At this point the Chargers had a 90% win probability.
Right before halftime the Buccaneers got the momentum changing play they were looking for. Joshua Kelly fumbled the ball on the Chargers 9-yard line. This set up an easy touchdown throw from Tom Brady right before the second half.

The Chargers went into the second half with a 24-14 lead. Tom Brady then threw 3 touchdowns while the Chargers only answered with one. This put the Chargers up 31-35 with 11 minutes left in the fourth quarter. This is where the Buccaneers defense came up big. They first got three and out which led to an easy Ryan Succop field goal. On the next Chargers drive, Carlton Davis got the game clinching interception. It seemed like Herbert was caving under the pressure a bit but it can happen to the best quarterbacks in the leagues.

All credit goes to the Buccaneers who were able to make an amazing comeback. If Justin Herbert keeps up his solid play he seems like the future franchise quarterback for the Chargers.
